This is absolutely the worst cook book I've ever seen. It is hard to find anything I want to try. Obviously, the writer's first language is NOT English. The huge number of grammatical errors is unbelievable. There are some even in the introduction and on the back cover. I can't help but think the five star reviews were given by people involved in its publication. I placed my order in June and because of some family issues I had my first opportunity to look at it today. SHOCK is the only word I can use in describing my reaction. I went on line to send it back and was bummed that I missed my opportunity to return it by two days. Unless I can beg and receive a one-time extension on eligibility for returning it, guess it will just wind up in the trash. Cooking and cookbooks have been my passion since I was a child. I'm now 77 years old and have won many cooking prizes including Sweepstakes for Baking and Confections in a past Los Angeles County Fair competition. This book is a waste of time and money!!Product details

Push through the introduction and unfold great recipes.I am a busy person and do not have time for the complicated dishes. I was amazed by the simple and clear explanation of every dish.There are some recipes that started to be my favorite. I can't wait till I try all the dishes in this book.
